Topics - a Porirua lawyer who's had 15 speeding tickets in 20 years - but has managed to have half of them thrown out of court - has again had a legal victory, this time over a $35 speed camera offense. There was a sighting of Justice Minister Judith Collins today in Mangere. She was visiting online retailer Fishpond's new headquarters, but refused to comment on her conversations and links with blogger Cameron Slater. The media, or branches of it, want a resignation. The Prime Minister's defence is that this happened years ago and is too historical, and that it's up to Mrs Collins to explain her actions. But she won't. Or she says she can't. "I can't discuss that. It's the subject of a police complaint about the criminal activity of someone who has accessed private emails," she said.
