Scandal rocks Bird of the Year

Bird of the Year voting has got 12 days left and already it has been tinged with scandal!

It appears that the number of votes for the Whitefaced Heron inexplicably spiked around midnight on Monday.

The possible fraud was picked up by the company responsible for monitoring the voting, and they tracked more than 100 votes back to one IP address in Christchurch.
