Robert Mugabe's 37-year rule over Zimbabwe has come to end after the president announced his resignation. There has been jubilant celebrations on the nation's streets after the decision, which Mugabe claims was voluntary, that came as an impeachment hearing began against him. Former vice-president Emmerson Mnangagwa will take up the role. The panelists discuss whether Zimbabwe will change following this power shift.
