The options have been debated back and forth but a tentative decision on what Auckland should do to host the America's cup will be voted on by city councillors tomorrow. There are differing opinions about the economic benefit of the regatta, some experts say it will pay for itself, other point out it could be spent elsewhere. So will big infrastructure changes be Team New Zealand's legacy? We ask former skipper Chris Dickson his view on the options.
