Supermarkets turn the volume down

Australian supermarket giant Coles has introduced a new "quiet hour" in 69 of its stores. The goal is to help people with Autism go about their shopping without being overwhelmed. The bright lights and loud sounds can be too much for people on the autism spectrum. Melissa Webster, the National Manager of Aspect - Autism Spectrum Australia - explains how the "quiet hour" will work and whether it could be extended further.
