Denim company Levi Strauss is ditching hard labour for lasers - instead of using workers, it's using laser beams to add its signature distressed look to blue jeans. UK cyclist Bradley Wiggins has been labelled a cheat on air, by controversial TV personality Piers Morgan. It's claimed he obtained a doctors note to use a banned substance to enhance his performance. We get an update on New Zealand cyclist Tim Chittocks attempt to cycle around the country in four days. Plus more on the debate around cycleways. We talk to Darryl Ojala, who was part of a business commitee in Grey Lynn, about frustrations with the AT over bus stops, cycleways and local businesses. Newspapers are hanging on by a thread these days, with local, community papers often the first to be cut. Fairfax has slashed it's rural titles as it tries to invigorate its online platform. Some, however, continue to thrive. The Ashburton Guardian seems to be one of the only papers not losing readers.
