Retail chain Cotton On has again had to pull items from its shelves after an outcry on social media about a line of girls t-shirts and bags with the slogan "You can't sit with us" emblazoned on them. The phrase is lifted from the Lindsay Lohan movie "Mean Girls". Those who spoke up against the clothing say "You can't sit with us" promotes bullying. Detectives investigating John Banks chose not to seek advice from the Government's key legal advisers over whether to charge him, it's said today.
