Topics - further clarification from Chinese businessman Donghua Liu today about his political donations. Now Mr Liu says he made an overall contribution of close to $100,000 in donations during Labour's last term in Government. The lawyer for the 13 year-old accused of murdering Auckland dairy owner Arun Kumar fears the boy might not understand the seriousness of the charges. Justice Graham Lang says the boy will stand trial in November, but he's to undergo a forensic test to deem if he's fit to plead before his next court appearance - in August.
