Topics - we pay lots for parking, it's the same wherever you go in the world in bigger cities. A sore point in Auckland recently has been people going to shows in Auckland's CBD at night asked to pay up to twice the normal parking building rates. There's a new publication which has been put out by an Auckland innovation consultancy, Previously Unavailable. The publication's called "AK2 - The Coming Of Age Of A New Auckland"; in it, 50 leading Aucklanders create a shared definition of what AK2 is. Is NZ too expensive for you and your family? Labour is planning to ditch voluntary donations, but replace them with what it's calling "activity fees".
