Five men have been arrested and their vehicles impounded for taking part in illegal street racing around Wellington.
The police say it's the second time in two weeks that they've arrested people racing around the city.
They say the drivers are risking their own and the public's lives.
The men, aged between 17 and 21, have all had their cars impounded for 28 days.
They will appear in the Wellington District Court in a few weeks.
