The effects of June flooding in Dunedin are still being felt four months later.

The city's worst flooding in 100 years forced many families from their homes, closed schools, and prompted claims of local government failures.

Courtney Lousley is from one of the worst-affected streets, Hargest Crescent, and said many repairs were still ongoing.

Mr Lousley said he was in the process of moving to a hill suburb.
