Police are looking for a teenager after man was stabbed in Rotorua early this morning.
The 44-year-old man was taken to Rotorua Hospital after being stabbed in the back about 4am at an property on Old Taupo Road.
A 16-year-old boy who is related to the man is being sought by police.
A man was also injured in a stabbing in Opotiki this morning.
Police say he was taken to Whakatane Hospital after an incident at 1.45am.
They say a woman from the same address is assisting them with their enquiries.
