Vodafone has fixed a problem that cut mobile connections this morning, the company says.
In an update at 11am, it said access to the internet and the use of apps on mobile devices should have returned to normal.
Vodafone estimated about 20 percent of its customers on both the fixed and mobile networks had been affected since 4am.
