Police are invesigating the death of a person at a Nelson house.
A body was removed from a property in Marlowe Street, Stoke, last night.
Detective Senior Sergeant Craig Johnston said guards were at the house overnight and a scene examination would be carried out over the next few days.
Mr Johnston said it was too early to speculate on the cause of death.
A post mortem examination will be completed on the body today.
