The police officer who suffered a hand injury during the shooting at Kawerau on Wednesday has been discharged from hospital.
Another officer who suffered a head injury remains in Waikato Hospital where his condition is stable.
Two other officers have already been released from hospital.
Police cordons are still in place at Onepu Spring Road.
