The name of a man charged in relation to the death of a Levin woman who was struck by a car remains suppressed.
Delia Grace Williams, 55, died after being hit by a car in the Wellington suburb of Northland last week.
The man, who is 58, faces charges of assault with a blunt instrument and drink driving.
In the Wellington District court this morning, the man appeared via videolink.
Judge Mill remanded him in custody without plea until 26 April.
Judge Mill continued name suppression, but said it would be re-considered at next month's court appearance.
