A man who was killed in the Wellington suburb of Kilbirnie this week has been named.
He was Kiong Thai Tan, 66, known as Bill He.
Mr Tan was killed at the Dwell Housing Trust on Wednesday morning.
A man was charged with murder and appeared in the Wellington District Court yesterday.
He will reappear in the Wellington High Court later this month.
