One truck driver has been killed in a crash between two trucks on a Waikato highway.
The police said the crash was on the Mangawhero Bridge on State Highway 27, just south of Matamata.
The driver of the other truck escaped the crash with minor injuries.
The Serious Crash Unit and the Commercial Vehicle Unit are investigating.
Part of the State Highway closed, and several diversions were in place.
