Police are investigating a break-in at a Queenstown tertiary institute last night.
They say a signficant amount of damage was done to rooms and property inside the building at Queenstown Resort College on Coronation Drive in the centre of town.
Blood was discovered in some rooms, police said, suggesting the offender or offenders may have injured themselves during the break-in.
Police are asking for information about anyone who has an unexplained injury, or for any other information.
Queenstown Resort College provides tourism and hospitality courses.
