There are further signs of an improvement in the housing market, with real estate agents indicating it may now be a sellers' market for the first time in four years.
The BNZ-Real Estate Institute Residential Market Survey found a record net 15% of respondents fell buyers are more motivated than sellers.
In addition, a record net 27% of real estate agents note they are observing more investors in the market, compared with a net 19% in the previous month.
The number of people going through open homes fell to its lowest level since December, while fewer people asked for appraisals.
