Goodman Property Trust is going ahead with a new office building in the Central Park Corporate Centre in Auckland's Greenlane.
The 5340 square metre project is expected to cost $21.4 million, and it should be finished in July next year.
Goodman's general manager, Murray Barclay, says competition is heating up for top grade office space in Auckland.
