Terralink International has taken full ownership of Zoodle, a consumer property information website.
The joint venture between Terralink and realestate.co.nz was the first website of its kind to offer consumers a one-stop-shop for detailed information about properties and the communities surrounding them.
Both realestate.co.nz and its chief executive Alistair Helm have now sold their shareholdings to Terralink.
Terralink managing director Mike Donald says the company will invest in Zoodle to improve its service.
