Trustpower loses 1000 customers

Trustpower says it lost a 1000 customers in the last three months, resulting in a 5% fall in sales.
The electricity generator says it has had higher than average wholesale electricity prices, due to below average lake levels, but generation is 14% down on the same period last year.
The company says lake levels have improved during July, and wholesale prices have fallen as a result.
