The final payment to former Telecom chief executive Paul Reynolds, has been revealed.
In Telecom's annual report, Dr Reynolds, who left at the end of June, received nearly $8 million in base pay, short term incentives, special payments and a termination payment of $1.75 million.
He also receives performance rights and incentive performances shares that will be paid later.
Dr Reynolds will have received well over 20 million for his five years in charge of Telecom.
