The owner of a Marlborough brewery is considering making an initial public offering of shares to help to help expand its operations.
Moa Group, which runs the Moa Brewing Company, sells products locally and into Australia and America.
The group's chief executive, Geoff Ross, says it is considering the float to existing shareholders and the public so it can expand the brewery to meet growing demand both in New Zealand and abroad, and to raise more capital.
The company says subject to NZX approval the offer will take place later this month, with the aim of raising about $15 million.
Forsyth Barr and Craigs Investment Partners are joint lead managers for the offer.
