Revenues rise for miner

Miner Glass Earth Gold has reported a jumped in third quarter revenues but says it was less than budgeted because of lower grades and higher costs.

The company, which is listed on the alternative exchange, says revenues rose to $1 million for the three months to September, compared with $3.5 million for the June quarter.

The company had a net loss for the three months of $456,000, compared with $670,000 for the same period in 2011.
