A2 Corporation will join the stock market's main board, following a capital raising.
The specialty milk producer issued $20 million in new shares, while its three main shareholders sold $70 million worth of their shares at 50 cents each.
The money will be used to expand the business.
Trading of existing shares will begin on the NZX's main board on Friday morning, and the new shares will start trading next Tuesday.
