The head of Jade Software is stepping down from his role to become the general manager of the company's spinoff venture Wynard.
Craig Richardson says Wynard, which specialises in anti-crime and corruption software, has big growth plans this year and he needs to focus all his energies on it.
Mr Richardson will still remain a director of Jade.
Jade's chief operating officer David Lindsay has become managing director.
