Property investor DNZ Property Fund says properties in its portfolio are almost fully occupied.
The company says the occupancy rate is 99.2% and the weighted average lease remains at 5.4 years.
DNZ reduced the number of properties it holds to 47 by the end of 2012.
It settled 37 leases in the last three months of last year, worth $7.1 million.
