The head of Kordia is stepping down after eight years at the helm of the state-owned telecommunications and broadcast network provider.
The company says during Geoff's Hunt's tenure, revenue more than tripled to $400 million, partly due to buying the retail telecommunications firm Orcon, while it also expanded its services business in Australia.
Kordia made a record profit of $12.1 million last year.
Mr Hunt leaves at the end of March.
Scott Bartlett will lead the new Kordia New Zealand, while Peter Robson will continue to lead Kordia Solutions Australia.
