Delegats Group has bought two Hawke's Bay vineyards in receivership.
Matariki Wines and Stony Bay Wines, comprising 61 hectares of vineyards, have been purchased for $8.5 million.
The purchase means Delegats now owns 20% of the Gimblett Gravels wine producing area in Hawke's Bay.
