Thiess, a subsidiary of Leighton Holdings, has won a $A175 million five-year maintenance contract with Sydney Water.
AAP reports Thiess will provide mechanical and electrical services for water and wastewater treatment plants and management services for more than 2000 sites and buildings across the greater Sydney region.
Thiess works in the construction, mining and services sectors. It is wholly owned by Leighton.
