Rangatira is close to taking full control of the owner of Rainbow's End.
The Wellington investment company has acceptances covering 88% of New Zealand Experience, after offering 36 cents per share for the company.
It can compulsorily acquired the rest of the company if it gets to the 90 percent threshold.
