NZF Group has lost its auditor. Grant Thornton resigned as the auditor of the group and all of its subsidiaries.
NZF said Grant Thornton's decision is based on their assessment of NZF against its criteria.
Shareholders will not have the chance to hear from Grant Thornton either.
NZF said the audtior won't invoke its right to explain to shareholders the reasons for resigning under section 203 of the Companies Act.
