DNZ Property Fund has entered into an agreement to purchase The Warehouse's Silverdale centre in Auckland.
The commercial property landlord will pay $78 million.
The Silverdale Centre comprises 36 bulk and specialty retailers including Warehouse Stationery, Noel Leeming and Number One Shoes.
Settlement of the sale is expected to be completed on 1 July.
