Telecom's $96.5 million purchase of the Revera business will start contributing to earnings immediately.
Revera has 140 employees at centres in Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch and two in Wellington and provides IT services to more than 200 New Zealand businesses.
Telecom's Gen-i division head Tim Miles said Revera, an IT infrastructure and data centre company, will improve his division's data centre and cloud capabilities to fit in with the changing demands of customers.
He said Revera's operating earnings are expected to grow by about 15% to about $15 million in the next year.
