Jasons Travel Media has finalised a new facility agreement with ANZ Bank.
Earlier this year, the travel information company said it was in talks with the bank after breaching its banking covenants. It had been hit by the depressed tourism market.
Following a review of all aspects of the company's operations, including last year's performance and current business plan, Jasons said a new facility agreement has now been completed with ANZ.
The company's results for the year to the end of March will be announced later this week.
