Fletcher Building is to buy Australian company, Fielders.
Fielders is an Adelaide based company which manufactures steel building components for the construction sector.
The business has annual sales of around $A285 million and employs nearly 900 people across Australia.
Fletcher says Fielders is a well-run business with a solid reputation.
