Metlifecare is ahead of schedule for the development of an apartment-style retirement village in Takapuna and expects to complete the project in mid-2010.
The company says that ensures residents who have purchased apartments in the first stage will enjoy more community facilities earlier than anticipated.
Metlifecare Takapuna will open its doors to residents in June 2009.
