Technology company Plus SMS Holdings has been suspended from trading after all its directors resigned.
The directors, Murray Allott, Robert Hunter, Hans Hawinkels and Clive Thomas, announced their resignations on Thursday.
The company hit the headlines in 2006 when it admitted a number of its statements to the stock exchange had been "unrealistic".
Last year it posted a $6.9 million loss.
