The stockmarket has suspended trading in Plus SMS due to concerns about its corporate governance structures, following a series of director resignations.
NZX says Plus SMS has also still not provided the NZX with its full year results, which under listing rules was due to be on 12 June.
Had the company's securities not already been in suspension, NZX says they would have been placed in suspension at start of trading on Wednesday.
