Real estate company Ray White says it sold 47% more properties in August, compared with the same month last year.
Ray White says the biggest increase in sales occured in Auckland, where it sold 70% more homes.
The real estate company expects a higher number of sales in September, signalling the start of the traditionally busy spring selling season.
