The former head of PGW Wrightson, Barry Brook, will retire at the end of October.
Mr Brook has been with PGG Wrightson and earlier incarnations for 24 years and is presently group general manager for South America.
His responsibilities will be taken over by Carlos Miguel de Leon, who is currently employed in the South American business.
