Seeka Kiwifruit Industries intends to purchase the fruit packing and coolstore business Te Awanui Huka Pak for $13.2 million.
Based at Mount Maunganui, Huka Pak packs more than 5.5 million trays of kiwifruit a year and has an increasing avocado business of approximately 100,000 trays.
