KiwiBank has increased its fixed-term mortgage rates for the second time this month.
The move follows recent rises by ANZ National, Westpac, SBS and ASB and BNZ.
KiwibBank's one year mortgage rate is up 36 basis points to 5.95%, but its variable rate remains unchanged at 5.79%.
