Half-year profit at Spotless Group has risen by 40% to $24.5 million. Group revenues for the cleaning and services group increased 1.9% to $1.2 billion.

The listed cleaning and services group, which bought laundry services firm Taylors last year, is seeing signs recovery in the economy.
