The directors of biotechnology firm Botry Zen have resigned.
The company was put into receivership just before Christmas.
The directors - Timothy Dunn, John Forrest, Stephen Higgs, and Michael Mellon - say they believe they have helped the receivers as much as possible, and there are unlikely to be any assets remaining once the receivers have wound up the company.
