Discussions on a full merger between A2 Corporation and Freedom Nutritional Products have been put on hold while they explore other options.
The specialty milk producer and Freedom, which is listed in Australia, have a 50:50 joint venture in A2 Dairy Products Australia.
A2 chief executive Scott Pannell says a full merger is still on the table, but they are now considering another option. He says discussions are at an early stage.
