Software company back in profit

Diligent Board Member Services, has returned to profit in the first three months of the year, making an after-tax profit of $US2.4 million.

That compares to a loss of $US1.4 million in the first quarter last year.

Diligent sells most of its product in the US and is based in New York. The listed software company says revenues climbed 75% to more than $US1.7 million.
