Windflow Technology says innovations at the heart of its wind turbine have received design approval from Lloyds Register, which is the independent certifying body in Britain.

The company says Lloyds Register has completed its design appraisal of the entire nacelle and rotor assembly of the Windflow 500 turbine, including the gearbox and teeter control systems, leaving only the tower design appraisal to be completed.
